If you've purchased something before, just sign in with that email. No password needed - we'll send a 6-digit code to your email for verification.
To access your pronunciation course:
- Sign in to your account
- Click your avatar in the top right corner
- Click Student Portal
- Select the Courses tab
- Your course will be listed there
To access your vocabulary materials:
- Sign in to your account
- Click the avatar menu in the top right
- Select My courses
- Click Download on the 1000 Words card
To request a refund, please email us at support@whatsupenglish.vn.
The English speaking course: try at least one class. If it isn't right for you, you can switch classes once (if another class has a seat) or get a 100% refund. Ask for a refund by the end of the Sunday of the first week of classes. Pre-recorded courses and materials (such as 1000 Most Common Vocabulary and the Complete American English Pronunciation Course) are non-refundable.
