How to Make Your Pronunciation Automatic

(Do this after each lesson to build a pronunciation reflex)

  1. Choose a sentence from the Speaking Practice section (or a single word if the sentence is too hard). Set it to loop.
Tip: Set a pause of about 2–3 seconds after the sentence or word finishes.
  2. Listen carefully to the chosen sentence or word for 1 minute while silently mouthing the words in sync, without making any sound.
Let your brain absorb the sounds of that sentence or word.
  3. Chorusing: Speak along with me for 2–3 minutes, repeating the chosen sentence or word as closely as possible.
(This is the “chorusing” step.) If it feels too fast, you can adjust the speed in the settings.
  4. Optional: Record yourself saying the chosen sentence or word, or use the pronunciation checker to compare with mine.
